Gardens by Elizabeth, Inc. was born on the banks of the McKenzie River. With our three Labrador retrievers, this is were we live and work. Driving up and down the McKenzie Highway, we are continually inspired by the beautiful homes and gardens that adorn the banks and roads of this valley. Some are majestic with manicured gardens and lawns and others are beautifully simple, reflecting the beauty of their surrounds. But all stand in silent homage of the majestic McKenzie River. What could be more beautiful or rewarding than the opportunity to work among these gardens, lawns and orchards-- true gems in the creative touch of God? Within these natural surroundings, Gardens by Elizabeth, Inc was born. We know the flowers, shrubs, grass and trees of the McKenzie River. We work, walk and play among them every day of the year. We know their growing cycles and can recognize and treat the diseases that can harm them. We can look for the insects that are beneficial and those that are harmful. We formulate and deliver the food and enrichments they need to flourish. We do not intrude or impede upon their natural cycles, we simply work along side to enhance them. Above all, we truly love our work and take great pride in our results knowing that our customers can enjoy more thoroughly the beauty of their surrounds because of our efforts. We at Garden by Elizabeth, Inc. have chosen to focus all of our talent and energy only within the McKenzie River Valley, from Deerhorn to McKenzie Bridge. Since we also live here in Vida, we realize how frustrating and expensive it is to have services come from Springfield and Eugene. We know that many homeowners have extensive gardens, lawns and fruit tree orchards that require different service companies to care for them—one for the yard and lawn maintenance, one for spraying and chemical applications, and one for vacation and winter yard checks. We want to offer to our clients a “one stop” all inclusive opportunity. We can do all the lawn, garden, meadow, pruning, spraying, and vacation checks that you need. Our equipment is professional grade and we use the most modern approach to service your garden, lawn and orchard needs and we do so as economically as possible. This equipment is cleaned daily so not to cross contaminate one yard to another especially when disease is present. 

Gardens by Elizabeth, Inc. operates all year long. We are not seasonal workers, here only for the summer months and then gone. We know that major pruning is best done in the dormancy of winter. In late fall, special winter preparation for lawns is most effective. Fruit trees need special care in late fall and winter as well. If you see us in the sunny days of summer, you will also see us in the rainy cold days of winter. Just like the McKenzie that is a vibrant with life everyday of the year, so to our flowers, shrubs, tress and grass, although dormant in winter, need care year round. We have a personal commitment to the health and care of our beautiful river. We have our state of Oregon pesticide license and we chose fertilizers and other chemicals that are as safe as we can find for you, your pets and our river. We monitor and test the results of our applications so that only what is needed is applied.

This is who we are, where we were born and why we exist. Many of our customers are also our friends and neighbors who work side by side with us in their yards when time and health permits. We would deem it a pleasure to provide our special care for your needs.
